Projects

A project is the delivery mechanism to add value.

If we can't communicate out intents in a manner which can provide instrumented value to meet the desires of the business, quite correctly the business shouldn't believe we are capable.

If we are unable to provide a chain of custody for those behaviours implement as a result of those intents we have now we are unable to prove it wasn't a fluke.

Both of these mean we shouldn't get paid!

All members of a project should be accutely aware of where the costs are within the project. This transparency helps with determining what should be done.
